WORK IS LOVE MADE VISIBLE

In Uncategorized on October 25, 2006 at 10:40 pm
Your self image prescribes the limits for your accomplishments.
It prescribes the area of what is possible for you

The light drops shadows and my pictures do alike; they envision as our smile as the stumbling over the word of truth. The sacred truth may help us, but the healing words may sneer down us as well, in case we didn’t put to life what our mouth pronounce aloud.
That’s the mystery of life and the ABC of the fine arts. The pictures warship the light but does that by BLACK tracks of a pencil on the white canvas.

Our spiritual renovation starts in a silence and the silence crashes the devastating loneliness. Thus prayer ends concern about oneself and opens the mouth for welcoming other, who isn’t a foreigner but the bearer of the same divine spirit. I am eagerly looking forward to hearing from you. Let your comments and our reciprocal links testify our victory over the traps of self-deception. It is impossible to the light to be not shared with all around.

It is due to God’s Holly Spirit that we can come in a hearty hug and discover ourselves in each other.

what’s all this?

In Uncategorized on October 20, 2006 at 8:19 pm

what would happen if your country wouldn’t exist?

It was the question that was discussed on a blog “One at All” and now I am reprinting my reply.

I am sorry. This question reminds me another, what would happen in case the ma would be the pa …
In case, Lithuania wouldn’t exist, I wouldn’t have chance to represent her now.
However, I trust that there is no such thing as no chance.

While participating in this project, I shift from the thoughts of the expansion of my knowledge of a physiography and I rejoice at the possibility to talk, to discover myself in you – we all discover ourselves in each other.

I would like to end with a narration of a letter that was received today. I have red
“What are the 7 Wonders of the World?”

The story has depicted “7 Wonders” as our possibilities
to see, to hear, to touch, to taste, to feel, to laugh and to love.
In other words, depending on the architectural concept, the miracles are different. However, our spirituality (love, but not the anatomy) blossoms the same as near Egypt’s Great Pyramids as in St. Peter’s Basilica or on China’s Great Wall. The failure to discern this produces a mess. Thus we face with the millions in the poverty and despair.
That’s why the wonders of the world are just 7, while they should be every single our footprint that is left by us at the moment.

Sincerely yours,

in the lights of gratitude

On October 13, 2006 the exhibition of my artworks was opened in the hotel “Navalis” Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Butterfly in the Plaster

Technique… What matters indeed is not “what?” and “where?” but HOW do we use the knowledge that was received by us.

Brother Bernardas was reading his poetry during the opening party.

It looks as if my works have nothing in common with an ecclesiastical art, but this isn’t the truth. The secular shapes of my pictures express the same song of gratitude to God and thats the secret of the light. That’s what whispers my colors.

I love to paint, to rejoice at the colors. However, our attempts to measure each other according to his/her works grieve me. If the picture that I am drawing now will happen weaker than yesterday, would it mean that I too have become weaker? And what it will be in case I didn’t make any picture at all tomorrow?

As the saying goes, action without vision is a nightmare

Kol mes darom pagal tam tikras technologijas, tol mes esame mokinukai.

rerun of the pictures reroofs my shelter

The summer is over already, but the trees are still hiding their trunks under the leaves.
Dont’ fear. There is no reason for a worry. The sun is still brighter than the earth under my feet.

We are used to think that the invention of the print marked the end of the word of a mouth era. And it would be indeed silly to question the worth of what literally feeds us, however, our revolutionary discoveries have mothered the appearance of the waste-paper , and I doubt that the modern scrap heaps could produce any folklore. In other words, the funeral of the morals terrifies. However, that explains the mystery of the attraction of the medieval palaces, stresses the instinctive longing for the ancestry’s fireplace that still revives the heart, dresses warmly with lovely lullabies and supports our current walk much more than a modern electrification.

Contradictory news confus, increas the mess and the situation would be hopeless if not the Church towers that spring above our towns like the untiring beacons that still shine to us and teach us to lift up our eyes to the Heaven.

a twist of a word

While welcoming other, I discovered myself, and my memoirs became the sound declarations:
we become ourselves by welcoming other.

The autumn drops the leaves. The fall should awake, but I rejoice at the heavenly beauty and discover wonderful colors inside.
Have a look. The link to the PDF of my pictures is put on the right hand menu. Just click and have a good time.

As you know, an autumn stands now.
We are facing the most colorful season of the year. Therefore there was no wonder that while dreaming at the window, I sink into the precious sounds of the lullabies. The memoirs were embracing me, and the fatigue vanished, and the sunset sparkled with an amazing lights.
My visions were decorated better than all artists of the world could do that. It seemed that even the nature has tried to fit to that euphoria. While I was looking through the window, no one stood idle. The wind was playing with the trees and all leaves were singing in my yard. I even didn’t noticed how the moon has changed the last sunbeam and the night covered me.
I set in awe. The heavy fog of ignorance disappeared and the fairy tales awake. However, people around were in a deep sleep, and therefore the amazing smiles were wandering under the closed eyes on their faces.
Only the mirrors were weeping, but that too was no wonder. Nobody looked at them.

In short, all above has happened in a place that should be visited by you. It is portrayed more profound than in this sketch in the books that had been red by me already.
The health of economy affects our wellbeing and even explains the situation in health service, however, our smiles, our luckiness depends on our spirituality, on morals that move our blood and didn’t question how old is our car.
The mess begins with judging the outside. Then the statements look logical, but mean nothing.

The cars are moved by fuel, and the longevity of the journey depends on the gas tanks.

The same may be said about us ourselves.
The artists live on the feedbacks, and their passion for the move is revealed in their guestbook.
