Tomas Karkalas ~ the disability came to the dead-end but love broke the web’s lock

This photo painting express an overview of my life. The dark picture : I am out of work and money because of a disability. Nevertheless,  I rejoice over the sun outside, despite the limitations to move further. The empty purse explains such situation beter than my health situation… My family care for me and the son helps greatly… I am very grateful for the enablement to paint and to arrange lots of art echibitions which were accepted well.  That’s nice but I wish to show  the better works. It is good to have something to eat, but that can not be the goal of the life.  I’m dreaming about good photo equipment, that would enable me to put on a paper my visions and share the light’s story with you. I need around 4 thousands euro… the fantasy?
Please create a miracle. Your donation of any amount will illuminate my day, the day of one who lives with disabilities and wants not shut up but bloom with the hearty “Thank You!”
Help me please to live and to create the pictures of the gratitude, to use art mirror.

rediscovery of life

butterfly in the plaster - Tomas Karkalas

While wandering around the forest, the question “Are you lost?“ would sound like a hand of support to  get out.  But  the same inquiry would rise up only the irritation,  if  it would address us in the comfort of out home.
Our state of being lost in a physical world always cries for the help and demands the answer to „what should we do?“ , but in the spiritual realm the things look otherwise – the world prefers poetry to the direct reference word – points to the quotes of the wise but not the heart of the hearer.

a humbug fellow

The picture put a question what is this? So the viewer looked at the title. The humbug. Thus the wonder did not stop, but continued to inquiry why??? Why is it the humbug? That‘s why I like the fine arts. The „What is this?“ always blossoms out with the „Why?“ at art showrooms.
The passersby would envy such consciousness outside the exhibition if not its follower the silence that terrifies with the question-marks.
The close-up always works like magic  – changes everything to the abstraction that captivates with its symbolism. Some call that the fine arts, yet what do we need indeed? The confession of the faith in a plain writing,  or the mystery of the “jabber‘s beauty?”
The last always hides us from ourselves. The lie always loses its power in the logic of the title.

A Hometown Welcome

The everlasting youth just can’t look old despite the fall outside. The picture proves that. The fine arts convince us of everything we just dream about. So let’s create with joy.
